An indigenous Ghanian bank that started in the 1990s with over 20 branches contacted Lera for help with an interactive portal, automation and delivery of inquires. Lera decided to create a SharePoint site for client services department, a mini CRM responsible for customer on boarding, account opening and T24 enquiries and to have a record center and on-board it with other departments. Post the mentioned implementations, the following changes occurred:

They wanted a simple ticketing system that sold tickets without internet and avoided human errors. Lera’s solution was to build a customized ticketing solution on .Net platform version 4.5. After they started using the customized ticketing solution, the following changes occurred:

b. Tickets were sold in a smooth fashion
c. Could not be forged due to security feature

Keystone Bank is one of the largest banks in Nigeria. They came to Lera for help with data, reporting and performance. Their main challenges were mismatches in the CRB and CRF reporting, conversion of multi company to multi book, resource intensive due to huge database size & large number of transactions and extraction of data. Lera proposed the usage of their product Eficaz. Eficaz is a powerful and cost effective web based tool that caters to any organization which requires reporting and maintenance of data. It makes the following tasks easy: analyzing bank’s data for extraction, using BI on corporate data and making customers’ profitability evident. After Keystone Bank started using Eficaz, the following changes occurred:
1.Core CRC Report went from taking a day to generate to less than 30 minutes
2.GL Download went from 6 hours for 2 million entries to 21 minutes
3.Statement Entry and others went from a few weeks to a few hours

At Pan Asia, Consolidation of data from various branches and carrying out MIS reporting was time consuming. Lera’s Data Extraction tool has provided an integrated platform to address reporting needs across all bank operations with higher transparency. It reduced the data extraction from days to hours & integrating this with the SAP BO tool made operational, MIS & Regulatory reporting less time consuming. Overall, Lera’s solution has empowered us in making effective strategic business decisions.
Managing massive amounts of transactional data & to have the systems running at their peak was a major a challenge at LDB. A solution which can also reduce the cost of storage by moving outdated data to remote Infrastructure is expected. Lera’s archiving solution has a systematic approach of archiving data which frees up the overloaded system and boosts system performance. We are happy to say that, Lera has successfully deployed the project in production and it satisfies our requirement.
By replacing multiple middleware systems, Lera has streamlined the whole extraction process and reduced the risk and cost involved in managing multiple systems which demands diverse skill sets. Data is now delivered from our core banking system to staging area in a much faster, reliable and easily automated way, allowing us to act on the information very quickly. The user-friendly interface also enables us to efficiently manage and monitor the extraction process.
