He has also worked as a senior financial risk management consultant to the financial services industry; software engineer; advertising sales manager for the popular Caribbean travel guide series; general manager of an advertising and graphic design agency; and engineering intern at the Best Health Coach.

An indigenous Ghanian bank that started in the 1990s with over 20 branches contacted Lera for help with an interactive portal, automation and delivery of inquires. Lera decided to create a SharePoint site for client services department, a mini CRM responsible for customer on boarding, account opening and T24 enquiries and to have a record center and on-board it with other departments.
